WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
All orders are carefully packaged and shipped within 5 business days once payment has been confirmed
Prints are made to order so allow an additional 3-5 business days for production.
Please note, I ship once a week, usually Mondays. Contact me for express postage.
WHAT SIZES ARE THE PRINTS AVAILABLE IN?
Each painting or drawing print will have their sizes noted in the description.
Most are available in the following paper sizes
A4 ~ 29.7 x 21cm (11.7 x 8.3in)
A3 ~ 42 x 29.7cm (16.5 x 11.7in)
DO YOU HAVE PRINTS LARGER THAN A3?
Prints can be created onto A2 ~ 59.4 x 42cm (23.4 x 16.5in) sized paper. Production times will be approximately 7-10 business days. Contact me for larger size requests.
At this time my prints are only available in the two paper sizes mentioned above. A4 & A3. If there is enough requests for the larger A2 size I will make it available for all prints in the future.
DO YOU MAKE CUSTOM PRINTS? CAN YOU MAKE A PRINT FEATURING A SECTION OF A PAINTING OR TO SUIT A PARTICULAR DIMENSION?
This depends on the artwork and the project the print will be used for. Please contact me directly to discuss this custom print
DOES THE ARTWORK COME FRAMED?
Framing will be noted in the description. Most original paintings come with a raw wood float frame. Alternative frame colours & styles can be discussed & arranged with me directly.
The prints are usually the prints only. They are sold unframed to allow for ease of shipping & will require you to arrange framing. If you need help to pick something that compliments both the artwork and its surroundings, feel free to reach out and contact me.
HOW DO I FRAME THE ARTWORK?
FOR PRINTS: These are museum quality, archival material and should be taken to a professional framer to ensure finish and quality is retained. I recommend the prints be 'dry mounted to protect it over time. I can help you organise professional framing with my favourite framer if you are local to me in Melbourne. This means you'll have to organise pick-up for your framed prints as we don't risk shipping with glass.
FOR ORIGINAL PAINTINGS: I can help you organise professional framing with my favourite framer with my chosen frame for the artwork. Shipping of the original artwork will be organised with you via a courier during your purchase.
If I am posting an unstretched canvas for you (For larger sizes and International Postage - to save on shipping costs), you will need to bring it to your local framer to be stretched professionally. We recommend a 'box frame' (or sometimes called a shadow frame) for the gallery-wrapped, stretched canvas in a natural oak, or simple black or white frame depending on the artwork.
