SHIPPING & RETURNS
- All orders are carefully packaged and shipped within 5 business days once payment has been confirmed via PayPal.
- Prints are made to order so allow an additional 2 business days for production.
- Please note, I ship once a week, usually Mondays. Contact me for express postage.
Expected Delivery Times (determined by Australian Post):
- Within Australia: 3 business days
- International: approximately 2-3 weeks. (please note, I am not responsible for any additional custom/tax fees associated with your purchase - I will not mark it as gift)
- Products will be shipped to the address you provided in Paypal. Customers are responsible to check that the correct address is provided. If packages are shipped to the wrong location, customers will be responsible for additional costs for re-postage if it's returned to me for any reason. (unless I made the mistake of course!)
- Once your order has been shipped, I do not have any control or way to track your package. Please consider this risk as your responsibility. Please contact me if you would prefer additional insurance or registered post and I can email you a quote.
- Original Paintings will be posted with Registered Post. (both within Australia & International Postage).Contact me for Additional insurance

HAPPINESS POLICY (REFUNDS + RETURNS)
I want you to be delighted with your purchase.
- For Returns of Original Paintings: Please email me within 14 days. Once it's shipped back to me (in it's original purchased condition), I will refund you the original purchased price of the item (minus shipping) in full - no worries.
- For Returns of Prints: Although I cannot offer refunds for change of mind, I’ll be happy to offer an exchange. Please email me within 5 days. Please note I will not be responsible for shipping fees on exchanged items.
- Due to the custom nature of the work, I cannot accept returns on personalised products, Limited Originals or Commissions.
- All sales of personalised products and Limited Originals are final. Please contact me with all your details when any issues arise to discuss your happiness solution.
- Sales are final. Once final approval is given and final payment cleared, the artwork will be processed for postage. In progress images will be sent via email and if at anytime during the process you are unhappy with the direction of the artwork, you can request a refund (minus the non-refundable deposit). This also works both ways, if I feel I am not able to accommodate nor fulfill your creative vision, if there has been numerous attempts to redraw, recreate and redo the artwork to no avail, I will also terminate the commission & refund you your payments (minus the deposit)
- Limited Originals: All sales are final. Final decisions on Limited Originals designs are made by me to fit your words. If you want in-progress images sent, if you have a particular style or design in mind, if you have a specific vision of the artwork you want in your home, Please request a Commission.
- ALL sales on Promotional / STUDIO SALE Products are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
In the unlikely event that your item arrives at your door damaged (by an overzealous postie for example!) Please email me within 5 days of receiving your order to sort it out.
